Putting an end to unending speculations and endless controversies, Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavat has got a release date at last. The film, starring Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh and Shahid Kapoor, will release on 25 June. It would be clashing at the box office with Akshay Kumar’s PadMan.
According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Viacom 18, the producers of Padmavat were anxious to release the film as soon as CBFC cleared it with a U/A certificate and a few modifications.
