Chandigarh , August 28, 2019 : Punjab government has reconstituted Punjab Youth Development Board . Youth Congress leader Sukhwinder Singh Bindra has been appointed Chairman of the board . Advocate Vikram Kamboj has been appointed as vice-chairman .7 more members have also been nominated. The list is as under :
