FICO Participated in the Ministry of MSME’s Workshop on TReDS & RAMP Schemes

Today, the Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organization (FICO) has been represented by S. Gurmeet Singh Kular President & Sh. Rajeev Jain General Secretary FICO in an Interactive Workshop organized by Ministry of MSME, Government of India on  Trade Receivables e-Discounting System (TReDS) under Raising & Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) at Hotel Taj, Chandigarh. The Motive of the Workshop was to upgrade the MSME Sector of Punjab and Haryana. It is to mentioned that only FICO has participated in the event from Punjab.
Raising and Accelerating MSME Performance (RAMP) Scheme has been launched by Shri Narendra Modi Prime Minister of India On 30th June 2022;  in order to strengthen India’s Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) sector. and the scheme for setting up and operating the institutional mechanism for facilitating the financing of trade receivables of MSMEs from corporate and other buyers, including Government Departments and Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), through multiple financiers is known as Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS).
