The first look of Akshay Kumar’s Laxmmi Bomb has been released today. Khiladi Kumar is seen in an all new avatar in the new poster. Taking to Instagram, Akshay Kumar shared the first look of the film and wrote, “Bringing you one bomb of a story, Laxmmi Bomb starring @kiaraaliaadvani & yours truly! Bursting in cinemas on 5th June,2020.
Laxmmi Bomb is a remake of Tamil film Kanchana and also stars Kiara Advani in the lead role. In the film, Akshay Kumar will be seen as a man possessed by a transgender ghost. Buzz has it that Amitabh Bachchan might also appear as a transgender ghost in Laxmmi Bomb.
In an interview with Firstpost, Raghava Lawrence, director of the film, had said,I would like to cast Amitabh Bachchan sir for the particular role but things can be confirmed only after the formal discussion with Akshay sir and his team in Mumbai.”
Kiara Advani also took to Instagram to share the picture. Along with the picture, she wrote, “Excited to announce my next film with the one and only @akshaykumar #LAXMMIBOMB releasing 5th June 2020 Shoot in progress!”
