The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Ludhiana, successfully conducted the 38th Quality Circle (QC) Competition – Preliminary Punjab State at Hotel Park Plaza, Ludhiana, with enthusiastic participation from leading companies across the region. The event highlighted the importance of problem-solving, teamwork, and the culture of continuous improvement within industry. These Top 3 Winners will participate in Final Stage at Northern Region Competition to be held in New Delhi.
38th CII Quality Circle Competition – Results Announced
After a series of impressive presentations and evaluations, the winners were declared as follows:
1st Place: Team Shikhar – Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd., Swaraj Division, Mohali
2nd Place: Team Srijan – Maruti Suzuki India Ltd., Gurugram
3rd Place: Team Vision Zero Defect – Birla Opus Paints – Grasim Industries Ltd., Ludhiana
Best Debut Award: Team Lakshay – HMC E-Valley Pvt. Ltd., Ludhiana
Consolation Award: Rockman Industries Ltd. (Mangli Plant)

More than 150 team participants from 15 teams witnessed this impactful event.
