We are Proud to Share that S. Gurmeet Singh Kular President FICO, has been appointed as The First President of the World Punjabi Organization – Ludhiana Zone by International President – Padamshree S. Vikramjit Singh Sahney.
World Punjabi Organization is an international body of Punjabis to bring about the “Punjabi Renaissance”. It is a non-political body of prominent Punjabi industrialists, businessmen, sportspersons, journalists, artists, and achievers in other fields from all over the globe. It was formally launched on 10th January 1998 by Shri I.K. Gujral, the then Prime Minister of India. It is actively engaged in promoting Punjabi brotherhood, folk & culture to foster social, economic, and cultural bonding among Punjabis staying in over a hundred countries of the world. Other than Ludhiana the World Punjabi Organization has its presence in other eminent locations like London, New York, Dubai, Toronto, Abu Dhabi, Pakistan, Iran, Kuwait, Muscat, Bangkok, Singapore, Mumbai Jalandhar etc.
S. Gurmeet Singh Kular said it is an honour for me to Serve the Punjabi Community of Ludhiana as the President of the World Punjabi Organization, he wholeheartedly thanked Padamshree S. Vikramjit Singh Sahney for trusting him with the duties of Ludhiana.
