Old Student Association, Khalsa College for Women, Civil Lines, Ludhiana organizes Mega Free Medical Check-Up camp in collaboration with Rotary Club of Ludhiana Midtown and Inner Wheel club of Ludhiana on 28th March, 2018. The camp was inaugurated by Principal Dr (Mrs.) Mukti Gill. Doctors from various fields including Gynecology, Dentistry, Diet Consultancy, Ophthalmology, Lung Functioning, Cardiology, Personal Hygiene, and Pathology provided free consultancy to approximate 500 students and staff (teaching and non teaching). They provided free blood sugar test, hemoglobin test, blood group tests, lung functioning test, Eye check up, dental check up and ECG tests. Doctors advised them various medicines and consultation during the camp.
Dr Suman Puri (Prof. & Head of Unit & IVF Specialist DMCH) and Dr Neena Chawla offered their services related to Gynecological problems. Dr AS Chawla also joined them for conducting blood sugar tests, hemoglobin and blood sugar test. Lung functioning test was performed by Dr RK Goyal and free eye and dental check up was offered by Dr Ajay Malhotra and Dr Rajnder Thind. Camp was successfully organized under the guidance of Ms Anju Kapur (Project Director), Rtn Rajan Kapur (Project Director), Rtn Jasminder Singh (President of Rotary Club), and Ms Rashmi Gupta (President of Inner Wheel Club). Principal Dr (Mrs) Mukti Gill thanked the team of doctors.
