OnePlus 5 Tipped To Come With Snapdragon 835 SoC, 23MP Dual Camera
Almost all the high-end devices that are going to arrive on the market we have already seen, like the newly presented Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ or the LG G6 that was presented at the Mobile World Congress. However, there are some brands, especially Chinese, that still do not tell us Nothing about their next devices. But, recently, we see a concept of OnePlus 5 which showing that it will arrive with the curved screen.
But, OnePlus is a brand that does or does have to stand out, and it has been a strategy since it began to create excitement with its first product. Now, whenever it present a product, whatever it may be, whether it means or not, it generates a mist of expectation behind it, making all its followers aware of what it is actually going to present, but still, we can see its most important product of the year.
However, the most interesting thing is that several speculations claim that the Chinese smartphone maker will simply skip the OnePlus 4 variant and simply jump directly to OnePlus 5. But, why? Here’s the twist arrives, many of you might have now speculated that this happens because of any technical glitches or something like that right.
But what if I say NO? Due to a Chinese superstitious belief, which refers ‘number 4’ to be an extremely unlucky number. Hence, the company decided to skip the number 4 and directly jump to number 5. Yes, it may sound bit odd, but, it’s true.
But, apart from all these things if we talk about the specifications of the device then this flagship smartphone OnePlus 5 will simply feature the most powerful SoC currently present on the market, of course, it will bet on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor which will be coupled with 8 GB of RAM. Moreover, it will feature a 23-megapixel rear camera along with the 16-megapixel front selfie shooter which will give the best shooting experience to the users.
However, for now, we do not know much more about its specifications, but what matters now is the design theme.
Another thing that stands out is that it would carry on the navigation buttons its own logo, yes, it means that the fingerprint sensor will go to the back side of the device. Moreover, I think that it would not dispense the fingerprint sensor, yes, it means that it may end up betting on the open fingerprint sensor on the primary display of the devices itself.
While we all know very well that one of the weaknesses of OnePlus has always been the camera. But, hold on this time things are going to change, as OnePlus betting on a dual camera in its device, so, it may be possible that OnePlus 5 will be too expensive to remain devices as cheap as the OnePlus 3 compared to the other high-end devices.
