June 12 LUDHIANA SDP College for women, Ludhiana paid heartfelt tribute to the great Freedom Fighter late Sh. Om Parkash Gupta , a seasoned politician (elected M.L.A thrice from Ludhiana East Constituency in 1977,1980 & 1985) . Late Gupta’s selfless service is well recognised in the history of SDP Institutions. He devoted his entire life to the dissemination of education and reformation of depressed sections of society. On this occasion Balraj Bhasin , President SDP Sabha & College Managing Committee , and other members of the management Shammi Kapoor, Deepak Kapoor, Lekh Raj Arora , Ved Prakash Gupta, Mangal Sein Grover , Dharishah Singla, Gulshan lal Thukral paid rich tributes by garlanding the statue of Om Parkash Gupta in the College campus besides his family members – Vijay Inder Gupta , Varinder Gupta , Sanjeev Gupta, Sidharth Gupta, Raghav Gupta, Vicky Gupta, Kunal Chandla, Sahil Gupta, Sunita Gupta, Saloni Gupta, Usha Kiran Bhasin, Naresh Chandla, Sunita Goyal, Mansi, Chetna Gupta, Shilpa Gupta, Shama Gupta, Shikha Gupta, Vivan Gupta, Shivaye Gupta,. Simmi, Vipul, Ashima. S. Sharma, Director, S. Verma Director, Officiating Principal Manju Bhashinee Sdp College For Women, HOI Dr. Sanjeev Bindra and Indu Khurana and Neena Sharma, Vice – Principal were also present on the occasion.
