Ranbir Kapoor and Mahira Khan have the same red and black chequered shirt.
Ever since pictures of Ranbir Kapoor and Mahira Khan at the Global Teacher Prize event in Dubai surfaced on the internet, whispers of their supposed romance began doing the rounds. Mahira took to Instagram to clear the air and insisted that it was just baseless speculation, but after they were clicked enjoying a smoke in New York, the rumours gained momentum.
Interestingly, recent pictures of the two show them wearing the same red and black chequered shirt. That Ranbir and Mahira were twinning are only fanning the flames of dating rumours.
Incidentally, Ranbir recently opened up on his equation with Mahira. “I’ve gotten to know Mahira in a personal capacity over the last few months. She is somebody who I admire and respect, for her achievements and even more for the person she is,” the Jagga Jasoos actor said.
This statement came after Mahira was mercilessly trolled for her pictures with Ranbir, which reportedly led to her getting depressed and falling sick.
On the work front, Ranbir’s next big screen outing will be Rajkumar Hirani’s Sanjay Dutt biopic. The film, which also stars Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Paresh Rawal and Manisha Koirala in key roles, is set to hit the screens on March 30, 2018.
