The Entrepreneurship Cell of PCTE Group of Institutes organized an Entrepreneurial Conclave 2018 – an event where success stories of the key note speakers were shared, ideas of the students were discussed and questions were answered. The event was organized with a belief that ideas can be nurtured and there is no better way to do so than by listening to the success stories of young entrepreneurs who have made it big.Mr Gautam Sikri, MD & Owner M/S Ramsons Cycles Pvt Ltd, Mr.Vishal Vinayak, MD & Owner M/S Nano Tech Chemical Brothers Pvt Ltd and Mr. Deepak Nagpal,Sole Proprietor M/S D.N. Enterprises were the Key Note speakers of the conclave.
Mr. Gautam Sikri, on the occasion shared his story and discussed about his life lessons with the students and motivated the students to develop their overall personality by participating in extracurricular activities which teaches a lot of things at a younger age. Mr.Vishal Vinayak further continued the discussion by sharing his experience where he said that after having seven years of experience in Pharma company, he then established his own business and said that If one wants to become successful he/she should start small but should start quick in life and he added by saying that it’s really important for everyone to experience failure in life,. It helps us to learn a lot of things and he added by saying that one should not seek success in terms of monetary profits but it should be for the community as well.
Mr. Deepak Nagpal continued by saying that its really important for one to know how to address people in professional world and further discussed about the seven rules of how to be successful. The conclave further concluded with the question & answer session where the students asked their queries to the successful young entrepreneurs .
Dr. Gautam Bansal, Director, PCTE, said that the conclave was very informative for the students, he added by saying that the key note speakers motivated the students to come forward and to share their ideas, and encouraged them by sharing their stories with them.
Dr. K N S Kang, Director General, PCTE Group of Institutes congratulated the team of the Entrepreneurship Cell on successfully organizing the Conclave and said, Entrepreneurship is a dynamic process of vision, change and creation. It requires an application of energy and passion towards the creation and implementation of new ideas and creates something that the outside world will appreciate.
