Leadership is the capacity to translate vision into reality.” The Investiture Ceremony of Primary Wing of BCM Arya Model Sr. Sec. School was held amidst much enthusiasm. It was a solemn occasion where the newly elected Proctorial Board members were all prepared to don the mantle of leadership. With the vigorous beats of the drums, the new council marched on to the stage. The old council, by tradition, relinquished the responsibility to new council. Dr. Paramjit Kaur, the School Principal, presented the sashes to the Head boy and the Head girl whereas the council members of Cambridge were adorned with the sashes by the headmistress, Mrs. Anuja Kaushal. The Head boy and Head girl pledged to adhere to the values and principles upheld by school. This was followed by the entire council taking solemn oath to discharge their duties with sincerity and fulfill everyone’s expectations. Dr. Paramjit Kaur, in her address, stressed upon the importance of teamwork towards a common vision and also encourages the effervescent leaders to be committed to discharge their duties with full devotion. Capt. V.K. Sayal, the School Manager blessed and congratulated the newly elected Proctorial Board (Primary Wing).
