Euphoria and exuberance enwreathed as the models set foot on stage in the Fusion Fashion Show at BCM AryaModel Sr. Sec. School, Shastri Nagar, Ludhiana. About 200 models sashayed in stunning attires in various segments,scilicet,Colours, Elements of fashion , Black& White, New Millennium, Traditional and Women Empowerment.
The pageant commenced with the customary lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Chief Guest Mrs. Indira Ahluwalia, the Vice President of Indian Beauty and Wellness Federation along with the key functionaries.
The fashion show was divided into four segments and in each segment the audience explored a new form of creativity. Clad in colourful attires, the ever cherubic tiny tots of kindergarten wing flaunted with versatility that captivated the audience.The atmosphere of the fashion show became more pleasing when little munchkins of middle wing showcased abstract ideas with their seraphic smiles which created paradisiacal moments for their parents.
The most versatile and easiest to wear of all colour combinations i.e. monochrome, a staple of every person’s wardrobe was evident in the category ‘Black& White’ in which the participants in their haute couture set the ramp on fire with their panache and style. The entire school campus boomed with several rounds of applause with the rejoicing audience.
In New Millennium round, young models donning western outfits exuded bold and unique vibes while flouncing on the ramp. Traditional round drawn from the cultural background with chic apparels in vibrant colours and fabrics witnessed students gliding with grace and confidence.
The culminating round of the day beheld the electrifying display of clothing based on the theme of women empowerment starting from the bygone era to the contemporary times which depicted the diversity of all women regardless of age, ethnicity, and occupation.
Mr. Suresh Munjal the president of the school management committee thanked the guests and parents for their gracious presence. He further added that this platform provided a vast canvas to the children to accumulate myriad of experiences through participation. He said “This runway show with message will offer people a remarkably unique, immersive and special experience.” The show is also dedicated to women empowerment, he added.
“I think it’s a blessed moment, that we’re all here again together feeling strong, feeling positive, and looking at life ahead after the break of the pandemic ,” said Mr. Suresh Munjal.
The audience cheered and appreciated the unique looks of each style and enjoyed the way they cat-walked on the runway.
