Bajaj College celebrated the International Girl Child Day on Wednesday, 11 October 2017. On this occasion, the girls of the college gathered to celebrate their being and to cheer for themselves. An enthusiastic discussion on the topic ‘Being a Girl’ was held in which the girls pleasantly counted the perks of being a girl. Ms Annie Bajaj, the director of the college, encouraged the girl students to rise above the stereotypical clichés of beauty and to empower themselves with education rather than beauty products. Dr. Shikha Dhall, the Principal of the college, commended the girls for their optimistic and enlightened views and expressed her delight at their modern thinking.
