Ludhiana 24 January (C.N.I.) Childhood Kindergarten, Punjab Mata Nagar celebrated Republic Day today on 24th January 2018 with patriotic fervor. The School Director Ms.Ishneet Sharma discussed the importance of freedom on this occasion with the kids. The National Flag was hoisted to start the celebrations. School premise was decorated with tricolour balloons and tirangas. Boys and girls came dressed as soldiers and various other freedom fighters. Various messages were conveyed by the students like to stop child labour, to save girl child and also against drug abuse.Students sang and danced on patriotic song-rang de basanthi followed by a dance filled with the essence of patriotism on nanhamunharaahihoon, deshkasipahihoon, bolo mere sang, Jai Hind- Jai Hind. The School Director Ishneet Sharma congratulated the students on Republic Day and told them to feel pride in being Indian.All students were distributed sweets and flags on this occasion. The programme ended with paying obeisance to the flag and singing national anthem Jan Gan Man
