Ludhiana – CII Ludhiana Zonal Council today organized its Annual Mentor’s Meet for newly inducted member companies. The objective of this meeting was to formally welcome new members to the organisation as also familiarize them with CII services, activities & initiatives.
Mr S S Bhogal, Past Chairman, CII Punjab State Council & Managing Partner, Bhogal Exports briefed the members present on how CII works closely with Government on policy issues, interfacing with thought leaders, and enhancing efficiency, competitiveness and business opportunities for industry through a range of specialized services and strategic global linkages.
Mr Bhogal further informed the members that CII has 67 offices, including 9 Centres of Excellence, in India, and 11 overseas as well as institutional partnerships with 355 counterpart organizations in 126 countries. Mr Bhogal called upon the members to devote more time and proactively engage on issues concerning Industry, which will help Industry achieve more.
Mr Gaurav Sehgal, Vice Chairman, CII Ludhiana Zonal Council and Mr Baldev Singh, Convener, CII Ludhiana Zonal Council, along with other senior Industry members were also present for this meeting and shared their experiences on how CII has provided them an ideal platform to further their social & business interests.
