Greatest Achievement – I have been awarded by the Government of Punjab. This recognition gives you quite a triumphant feeling.
Low point in my career- Negativity in my life affected my health when I started out as social activist and served for ten years. The pattern made me feel small, and I started doubting my own capabilities.
Greatest Challenge in building a Career – I got married in a joint family. It took years to prove myself, stretching myself to complete the duties of my family and my work. It was a long journey walking on coals. Some days, when I sit back and remember where I started, it is scarcely believable. I never thought of reaching where I am today. Thank god.
Defining Success : – Success changes its meaning when you accomplish something you were targeting earlier. When I was not earning, success for me was earning money. When I started earning, it was about the figure so now I feel like success is enjoying your journey, loving and accepting yourself the way you are. Being available for my family even when I am very busy in my work is what gives me happiness and the feeling of being a complete woman.

A psychologist, corporate trainer and a business consultant, Baljeet Kaur often has her hands in multiple pies at once. However, her commitment to excellence keeps her inspired and dedicated to the work.

Any Upcoming Goals?- Making my venture reach at another level in coming 5 years and leaving a legacy where my next generation can feel proud of what I leave behind me.
Life Essentials- My family, first and foremost, and also, my work.
Message to Young Girls –Believe in your dreams and work hard. Don’t allow people to stop you from achieving your dreams because only you have the power to design your life.
Vision of Smart City – For me, the vision of smart city lies in a responsible attitude among the citizens. Practicing responsibility rather than blaming or expecting someone else to do the hard work can make our city a SMART CITY very soon.
