A parenting workshop for parents to understand children’s behaviours and effective ways of talking to them was conducted by Dr. Ishinna Sadana, Ph.D. Human Development, Parenting Expert and a Counselor. The event took place at Maple Bear Canadian Preschool Ludhiana on 31st August.
The focus of the workshop was to give new perspectives to parents regarding how to talk to children to make them more cooperative and in turn building a connect with them. The workshop was interactive in which parents participated in discussions, activities and role plays. Parents didn’t only learn but absorbed the new and effective ways of dealing with their children.
The participants of the workshop were very happy and excited to use the new techniques they learnt. They felt their perspective towards their children had changed. They expressed how beneficial the workshop was for their relationship with children and more mothers should benefit from this.

Dr. Ishinna Sadana is the Founder and Director at the center “New Insights”. She takes personal counselling sessions with parents at her center and also online for parents who are outstation. She helps and guides them in effective dealing with their children and also helps in dealing with their own emotions better. She aims to bring out happier parents and make parenting a fulfilling and positive experience
