Renu Breaks National Record in Triple Jump
Renu (BA-II) a student of Khalsa College For Women, Civil Lines Ludhiana Created history by breaking the National record after nine years in Triple Jump (13.45mt) and also she got Silver Medal in Long Jump at the Junior National Tournament held at Guntur. She qualified in Triple Jump for Common Wealth Game. She also set a new record at the Inter College Athletic meet in Triple Jump and broke the ten years record in Long Jump at fall session 2017-18 achieving new heights.
The Principal Dr. Mrs. Mukti Gill applauded the efforts of the coach Sukhdev Singh Pannu and Dr. Sukhpal Kaur (H.O.D) Physical education with her team and congratulated Renu for her achievements. She wished her good luck for her future endeavours .K.C.W honoured the coach Sukhdev Singh Pannu & Renu with cash prize and a bicycle sponsored by K.K. Seth (CEO) bicycle manufacturing company.
