Second swine flu death has been recorded in Mandi Gobindgarh, Fatehgarh Sahib, within a week. Victim Naresh Gupta (62) died at a hospital in Ludhiana on Monday. A week ago, 55-year-old Rukmani Devi of Bibi Chand Colony, Mandi Gobindgarhhad died while undergoing treatment at a Ludhiana hospital. Fatehgarh Sahib civil surgeon Dr Harminder Kaur said, “Two patients have died due to the viral illness but it cannot be termed as an outbreak. We have held a meeting with the DC in this regard.”
