Ludhiana, January 23, 2018: School of Hotel Management, Airlines and Tourism organized a one day workshop on Cake Making & Cake decoration at CT University.
To give hands on experience to the students, a number of bakery products such as, Cakes, Cupcakes, Muffins and Cookies were made during the workshop.
The Director of School of Hotel Management, Dr. Bharat Kapoor said that such workshops are very important for better learning of the students and in future many such workshops will be organized. Head of School of Hotel Management Dr. Amit said that this workshop will be very beneficial for the students as this will enhance their knowledge about bakery section.
On this occasion Mr. Manbir Singh, Managing Director CT Group and Pro VC Dr. Harsh Sadawarti were also present. Mr. Manbir Singh said, “This is a very great and learning initiative taken by the department and we wish to see similar activities in near future as this department has a lot of scope where creativity can be shown with learning.”
