PCTE Group of Institutes organized a Punjabi Cultural Function “Rangeela Gabru and Soni Mutiyar competition”. The competition had 3 Rounds, the first round was of a Ramp Walk, the 2nd Round had a Talent Hunt and the last was Question and Answer round. The event was a huge success, with highly enthusiastic performance by the students. The event witnessed participation from more than 50 students in both boys and girls category.
Adorned in their magnificent attires, the students looked stunning as they gracefully and confidently walked the ramp. The title of Rangeela Gabru was won by Anmoldeep Singh and Alka won the title for Soni Mutiyar. Apart from this, titles such as Best Smile, Mr & Miss Perfect, Best walk, Best Smile etc. were also awarded to both boys and girls.
The event was sponsored by Global Study Circle and the judges for the event were Mr. Hardeep Arora having 10 years of experience in the field of fashion show and dance choreography, Mr. Avtar Grewal, a model and actor having experience of 4 years and Mrs Richa Arora Nijahawan has won the title of Mrs Ludhiana 2017.
Dr. K.N.S. Kang said, “It depicts happiness of the onset of Monsoon in the land of five rivers and it is good to see youth connected to the culture and religious roots. He further quoted that it’s important for students to engross themselves in such competitions as it helps to bring out their personality.
