The students of B.Sc. (Fashion Design) of PCTE Group of Institutes performed incredibly well in Punjab Technical University Examination and bagged Top University Positions in the Merit list for semester examinations.
For B.Sc. (Fashion Design), in the Second semester, Amanpreet Kaur and Antarjot Kaur bagged the First Position with 9.54 SGPA, Neha Gulati stood third with 9.29 SGPA whereas Hiranmony Roy and Roopa Gupta stood fourth with 9.13 SGPA. Moving forward Nitika Wadhwa and Amandeep Kaur Sidhu bagged fifth and seventh position with SGPA 9.00 and 8.13 respectively.
Moving to the fourth semester, Deepti Gupta bagged the First Position with 9.71 SGPA, whereas Muskan Sond and Mitayani bagged the Second Position with 9.62 SGPA. Next, in the list are Devan Gupta and Nandita Malhotra who stood third and fourth with 9.52 and 9.48 SGPA correspondingly. The list does not end here as we have a number of more university positions. Anshuman and Ritika stood fifth with 9.43 SGPA whereas Gurpreet Kaur and Robin Grover stood sixth and seventh with 9.10 and 9.05 SGPA respectively. Lastly, we have Simran Singh and Diksha Jain who stood ninth with 8.90 SGPA.
Moving to the sixth semester Arshdeep Kaur and Gurkirandeep stood fourth with 7.00 SGPA whereas Krity and Jasica Jain stood fifth and sixth 6.00 and 5.00 SGPA.
On this, Dr. Rajpreet Singh Chhatwal, Unit Head, Commerce Block, said that bagging such positions requires a lot of hard work and dedication. The students have performed extraordinarily well and we are proud of their achievements. He further added that in such a cutthroat world the focus of the students will offer them a better prospect ahead.
