The Culinary Xperts, a cooking competition organised by The Diet Xperts in association with The Blu Bat evebts at The De neuvo Club on 18th February,2019. This cooking competition has welcomed chefs from Ludhiana who show cased their cooking under the judgement of Chef Harpal Singh Sokhi, Dt. Simrat Kathuria, Ms. Roopa Pahwa and Chef Sudhanshu.
This competition has 2 categories : one where the dishes were healthy as and the other was the sinful dish. Under the category of Healthy Dishes the 1st position was for Cucumber Salad by Ms. Shreen,2nd position for Sushi Rolls by Ms.Anjandeep and Special Salad by Ms. Aksha Sethi. Under the category of Sinful Dishes the 1st position was for Moti Chur Cake by Mr. Jashan,2nd position was for Beauty of Roots by Ms. Promila and 3rd position for Smoked chicken rice by Mr. Jaskaran.
