Ludhiana, 15th March 2018: As the Students of Computer Application had grabbed Two Gold Medals and a Silver Medal in University Examination, the students of B.Sc. Bio Technology did an incredible job after the disclosure of the merit list of the year 2016 and 2017 where the students of B.Sc. Bio Technology bagged One Gold, One Silver and Two Bronze Medals in the University Examinations.
Gurneelam Kaur from the pass out batch of B.Sc. (BT) 2016 with 87.72% grabbed a Gold Medal followed by Pushpinder Kaur Cheema from the pass out batch of B.Sc. (BT) 2017 with 88.34% grabbed a Silver Medal and Gimmi Sacher from B.Sc. (BT) 2016 along with Gaganpreet Kaur Sikhri from B.Sc. (BT) 2017 with 83.8% and 86.9% grabbed Bronze medals. Antarpreet Kaur Sidhu from B.Sc. (BT) 2016 with 83.6% grabbed the Fourth University Position; Sukhjot Jeet Jassal from B.Sc. (BT) 2016 along with Amanpreet Kaur from B.Sc. (BT) 2017 with 83.32% and 85.22% grabbed the Fifth University Position. Gaganpreet Kaur from B.Sc. (BT) 2016 with 82.48% grabbed the Eighth University Position.
Gurneelam Kaur said that PCTE has not only helped her to get good grades in academic front but has also helped her to evolve her overall personality which further increased the level of confidence in her wherein Pushipinder Kaur said that she is very happy for the outcome of the hardwork that she had put to score good marks she further thanked her teachers for giving her their guidance in the studies.
Dr. Yogesh Chand Gupta, Director, Faculty of Pharm. Sciences, said that the students had worked really hard to get the University Positions wherein the students were totally dedicated to their studies and had performed brilliantly well in the University Examination.
Dr. K.N.S Kang, Director General, PCTE congratulated the students and said that the University Positions that the students have gained is the result of the efforts and dedication of the students, the attitude of hard work and dedication which the students hold will definitely help them in their career in future.
