JUNE 11 LUDHIANA The Spring Dale Sr. Sec Public School Managing Committee arranged many workshops for teachers to whet their teaching skills. They were acquainted with Modern Classroom Methodology, Stress Management, Time Management, Leadership Skills, Life Skills, C.B.S.E. Curriculum & Role of Teachers and Modern Method of Teaching. At the same time they were made to take part in different activities using various techniques to enhance their quality of teaching. The teachers not only participated in the activities but also learnt a great deal to improve their teaching skills. The Managing Director Avinash Kaur Walia advised the teachers to make full use of modern technology in teaching the students as demonstrated by the Resource Persons to make teaching more effective and result-oriented. The Deputy Director Kamalpreet Kaur and Principal Anil Kumar Sharma laid stress on the usefulness of such workshops. They also inspired the teachers to make use of the new methodology in teaching for better output. The teachers thanked the school management for enhancing their knowledge through these workshops.
