Post Graduate department of commerce, Khalsa College for Women , Civil Lines, Ludhiana organised an extension lecture on importance of communication skills on 17th, March 2018 for students of B.com II and B.com I. Ms. Sakshi Gupta, Academic Head, Verbal Bulls Eye addressed the students and emphasised on development of English reading, writing and listening skills. She persuaded the students to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses of communication skills and improve it to maximise their success in life. She trained the students for the Group discussion, frequently asked questions in the interview, common grammatical errors in communication, how to communicate more effectively by making the communication more impactful, persuasive and confident. She also emphasised that English is a global language and is necessary for clearing competitive and entrance exams for MBA. The lecture was attended by around 200 students. The students enjoyed the high energy interactive session as it enlightened them with the new ways of enriching and enhancing their communication skills.
