A tribute to Ishmeet—Avon Cycles
Ishmeet Singh Celebrity singer from Ludhiana, Punjab, who shot the fame by winning the Voice of India on StarPlus contest in November 2007. To give him a tribute and to remember him on the 10th winning anniversary Ishmeet Singh chowk has been inaugurated in Ludhiana, Punjab. A dupe statue of his trophy which he won in Star Voice of India was also installed at the chowk. Shri Onkar Singh Pahwa, M D of Avon Cycles Ltd. & Shri Gurprinder Singh Sodhi, Father of late Ishmeet Singh, inaugurated the chowk on 29/09/17 with garlands also raised the curtain of the dupe trophy and remembered the young rising star of Ludhiana who got a huge fame from all over India. Some of the known personalities like Ashim Nagpal, Dr. Balvir Singh Shah , Mr Kanwal jeet Singh and Mr Angad Singh were also present at the inauguration. A large number of people were gathered at the occasion and felt the absence of Ishmeet Singh as he left the world at a very young age.
