Shree Atam Vallabh Jain College, Ludhiana organized a freshers’ party entitled ‘Abhinandan-2022’ for undergraduate students of B.B.A. and B.Com 1st semester. The event commenced with lighting a lamp and offering ‘Navkar Mantra’ to the Almighty. It was a fun filled event where the new students got a chance to showcase their talents. The event was full of enthusiasm and thrill. A welcoming speech was given by Shreya of B.Com 2nd year and Charvi of B.com 3rd year to inaugurate the event of joy and colours. A pompous bhand presentation was made by Pushkar and Paras, which was also declared the best performance of the day. Western dance was presented by Kshitij and group, which left everyone speechless. Students of first year participated in modeling and rocked the stage with their dazzling looks and confident walk along with various activities like: singing, solo-dance and bhangra. The titles of Mr and Ms Fresher went to Harkirat Singh of B.Com 1st year and Khushi Gupta of BBA 1st year respectively. And the titles Mr. Handsome and Ms. Charming were bestowed upon Amanjot of B.Com 1 and Saki Dua of B.Com 1, respectively. In addition, the titles of Mr. and Ms. Attire were given to Abhinav Bhatia of B.B. A 1 and Niyati Dua of B.Com 1 respectively.
The President of the College Management committee Sh. Komal Jain (Duke), other worthy members of the College Management Committee and the Principal of the College, Dr. Sandeep Kumar welcomed the students in the institution of academic and cultural repute and inspired the students for participating in the competitions held and achieving the success with vibrant colours.
