LUDHIANA, April 4 (CNI): Inspector Surinder Kumar in Ludhiana commissionerate on Wednesday retired from the service after the serving the police department for 42-years. A Master Degree holder, Kumar had also been awarded President Police Medal for Meritorious services and DGP Disc. A farewell function was arranged in the honour of Kumar by commissionerate police in which Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Ashwani Kapur and other honoured and extended their warm wishes on his retirement. His dedication towards the duty was appreciated by senior police officials.
